2017 Syrah RESERVE

This is only the second vintage I had the opportunity to make a traditional "Cote Rotie" or "Hermitage" style Syrah. A co-fermentation of estate Viognier (the Northern Rhone's Flagship White Wine) with estate Syrah (the Northern Rhone's Flagship Red Wine) made in traditional French style. 

This wine stands out for its unmatched bouquet and depth of aromas. The Viognier adds floral aromas to the Syrah's deep, dark fruit. The 2017 Syrah wine opens with dark, rich ripe berry fruit and floral aromas that gradually open further leading to dark chocolate, black pepper and rich leather exploding from your glass. Complex and fully integrated, enjoy our Syrah Reserve all evening! 100% New French Oak Taransaud barrels were used for this exceptional wine!
